About the facilitator

Rotimi Lijofi has vast experience in designing and implementing business solutions in the areas of Organizational Learning and Development, Process Management and Technology Optimisation solutions. He has held roles and consulted in various business areas for organizations in wide range of industry sectors including, healthcare, energy, engineering, FCMG’s, financial institutions, government agencies and professional service firms.

Rotimi works with business leaders to implement change processes. He facilitates strategy and business planning sessions, designs, and develops organizational learning and development programmes to address capability and talent requirements.

He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and Obafemi Awolowo University. He holds certifications in Organizational Excellence (Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence), Business Process Management (International Performance and Process Institute, USA), ISO 9001 Lead Implementer, Project Management (Accredited Trainer and Practitioner), Service Management (ITIL Expert and ISO 20000 Auditor) and Enterprise Risk Management. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
